The scope of work will be clearly defined in the quotation. Any additional requests will be treated as new requirements and may be charged separately.

Project completion will follow the agreed schedule. Delays in content, images, or approvals from the client may extend the delivery timeline.

3️⃣ Payment Terms

💰 Payments must be made in installments as per the quotation.
⚡ Work will not begin without the advance payment.
✅ Final handover only after full payment.

4️⃣ Revisions

Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Major changes or extra features will incur additional charges.

5️⃣ Content Responsibility

The client must provide all text, images, and materials.
Crystal IT-Consultancy & Solutions is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

6️⃣ Domain & Hosting

🌐 Domain and hosting are not included unless mentioned.
We can assist with setup if required.

7️⃣ Support & Maintenance

🛠️ Free support is included for the duration specified in the quotation.
Support covers bug fixes, small updates, and technical help.

8️⃣ Ownership Rights

After full payment, the client will own the rights to the developed website.
Third-party themes or tools remain with their respective owners.

9️⃣ Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business and project data confidential.

🔟 Security

Crystal IT-Consultancy & Solutions applies standard security practices but is not responsible for breaches caused by hosting providers, plugins, or negligence.

Payments made are non-refundable. If canceled, charges will apply for completed work.
